Costs, timings, and what happens if something is not right. If your question is not answered here, email me and I will answer it myself.

When your order is posted
Everything here is made and packed by hand, one order at a time. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched. Many orders go out sooner, and if yours is ready earlier it is sent straight away.
The Royal Mail delivery times below start from the day it is posted, not the day you order — so please allow for both if you need something for a particular date. If you have a deadline, say so when you order and I will tell you honestly whether it can be met.

Signed-for options are worth it if the parcel cannot be left safely, or if it is a gift arriving at someone else's address.
Outside the UK
Europe is £14.99 and the rest of the world £23.99, both by Royal Mail international post. Delivery outside the UK is not tracked and can take two to four weeks.
Any customs charges or import duties are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. I have no way of knowing or controlling what these will be.
How it arrives
Bracelets are finished on a kraft card stamped 'Handmade with love', wrapped, and packed in a padded envelope. Most pieces arrive ready to give without needing anything doing to them.
If you would like a note included, just say so in the order notes.
Returns
If something is not right, you can return it within 14 days of it arriving. Items need to be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
Email sales@blurosia.co.uk first so I know to expect it. Return postage is the customer's, unless the item arrived damaged or was not what was ordered.
Once it is back with me and checked, the refund goes to the original payment method within 5 working days.
If it arrives damaged
Email a photo within a few days of it arriving. I will replace it or refund it, whichever you would prefer, and the return postage is on me.
